Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EventLoop (the “Platform”), operated by EventLoop, and your purchase of tickets to events listed on it. By booking a ticket you agree to these terms.

Tickets & bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Ticket prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking reference.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event, date and venue shown on them.

Entry & conduct

• Please carry your booking reference (and a valid photo ID if requested) for entry.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unlawful or disruptive conduct.
• Event timings, line-ups and venues may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Cancellations by the organiser

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, refunds or alternatives will be handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EventLoop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
